Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

GPR182 / ADMR antibody was raised against synthetic 18 amino acid peptide from 2nd extracellular domain of human GPR182 / ADMR. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey (100%); Elephant (94%); Marmoset, Bat, Panda, Rabbit, Horse (89%); Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Pig (83%).
LS-E28851 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Extracellular Domain
Human GPR182 / ADMR. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-A3964 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-A3964 was determined to be 20-40 ug/ml.

Packaging

About GPR182 / ADMR

O15218 NM_007264 NP_009195.1

GPR182 Antibody, 7TMR Antibody, Adrenomedullin L1 receptor Antibody, AM-R Antibody, AMR Antibody, ADMR Antibody, Adrenomedullin receptor Antibody, G protein-coupled receptor 182 Antibody, HrhAMR Antibody, G-protein coupled receptor 182 Antibody, Gamrh Antibody, HAMR Antibody, RAMR Antibody, G10D Antibody

G Protein-Coupled Receptor L1/G10D (GPR182) has been suggested to be an Adrenomedullin Receptor. Originally cloned from rats and later from humans, L1/G10D does not to bind adrenomedullin or display functional cAMP response to adrenomedullin (reviewed in Poyner et al. 2002).

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-GPR182 / ADMR antibody LS-A3964 IHC of human adrenal. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval.
