Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

GPER1 / GPR30 antibody was raised against synthetic 16 amino acid peptide from 3rd extracellular domain of human GPR30. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey, Marmoset (100%); Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Dog, Opossum (94%); Panda, Bat, Horse, Rabbit, Platypus (88%).
LS-E28932 - Liquid - 50 µg 1 mg/ml - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-A4271. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Extracellular Domain
Human GPR30. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.

GPER1 Antibody, CMKRL2 Antibody, CEPR Antibody, FEG-1 Antibody, G-protein coupled receptor 30 Antibody, G protein-coupled receptor 30 Antibody, GPCR-Br Antibody, GPER Antibody, Heptahelix receptor Antibody, LERGU Antibody, LyGPR Antibody, MER Antibody, GPR30 Antibody, IL8-related receptor DRY12 Antibody, LERGU2 Antibody, Chemokine receptor-like 2 Antibody, DRY12 Antibody, Membrane estrogen receptor Antibody

G-protein coupled estrogen receptor that binds to 17-beta-estradiol (E2) with high affinity, leading to rapid and transient activation of numerous intracellular signaling pathways. Stimulates cAMP production, calcium mobilization and tyrosine kinase Src inducing the release of heparin-bound epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) and subsequent transactivation of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), activating downstream signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt and ERK/MAPK.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-GPR30 antibody LS-A4271 IHC of human brain, hippocampus. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval.
