Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Monoclonal [clone SP202] (IgG) to Human GP1BA / CD42b
IHC - Paraffin
Mouse Monoclonal [clone HIP1] (IgG1,k) to Human GP1BA / CD42b
Human GP1BA / CD42b
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [HIP1]
Specificity and Use
GP1BA / CD42b antibody was raised against human ITGA2B
The HIP1 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human platelets. This can be used at 20 ul (0.5 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Glycoprotein Ib (GP Ib) is a platelet surface membrane glycoprotein composed of a heterodimer, an alpha chain and a beta chain, that is linked by disulfide bonds. The Gp Ib functions as a receptor for von Willebrand factor (VWF). The complete receptor complex includes noncovalent association of the alpha and beta subunits with platelet glycoprotein IX and platelet glycoprotein V.
