Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Stacking factor involved in the postmitotic assembly of Golgi stacks from mitotic Golgi fragments. Key structural protein required for the maintenance of the Golgi apparatus integrity: its caspase-mediated cleavage is required for fragmentation of the Golgi during apoptosis. Also mediates, via its interaction with GM130, the docking of transport vesicles with the Golgi membranes.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human colon tissue using anti-GORASP1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human liver tissue using anti-GORASP1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human Kidney tissue using anti-GORASP1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Anti-GORASP1 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY GORASP1.
Western blot of extracts (35 ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-GORASP1 monoclonal antibody.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY GORASP1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-GORASP1.
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-GORASP1 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
