Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone AE-6] (IgG1) to Human Golgi Zone
IHC - Paraffin, IHC - Frozen, ICC
Human Golgi Zone
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [AE-6]
IHC - Paraffin
IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Golgi Zone antibody was raised against su-DHL-1 large lymphoma cells.
Recognizes the Golgi zone of human cells. Produces a diffuse staining pattern of the Golgi zone in normal and malignant cells. Can also be used as a marker of the Golgi zone in subcellular fractions.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: Paraformaldehyde fixed-frozen tissue, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Immunocytochemistry: Paraformaldehyde fixed cell preparations.
PBS, 0.05% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months
