Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000. 0.5-2.0 ug/ml. A band is seen at ~77kD, representing the STIM-1 protein. Two other non-specific bands of lower MW can also be seen. Positive control: HeLa whole cell lysate.
