Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

GNLY / Granulysin antibody was raised against human GNLY
This DH2 (DH2) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 ul (0.25 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

PBS, pH 7.2, <=0.09% sodium azide, BSA and/or gelatin
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

GNLY / Granulysin is a member of the saposin-like protein (SAPLIP) family and is located in the cytotoxic granules of T cells, which are released upon antigen stimulation. This protein is present in cytotoxic granules of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells, and it has antimicrobial activity against M. tuberculosis and other organisms. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells with FITC anti-human CD56 (MEM188) (LS-C105850) then fixed and PE anti-human Granulysin. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells with FITC anti-human CD56 (MEM188) (LS-C105850) then fixed and permeabilized and stained with 0.25 ug of PE Mouse IgG1, K isotype control. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
