Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Rat microsomal protein preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-GluR2/ 3 (1 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug. Immunoprecipitates GluR2/3 from 1000 ug of rat brain membranes.
