Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 4F3] (IgG2a,k) to Wheat Gliadin

Protein A/G purified
Specificity and Use
Gliadin antibody was raised against gliadin-related peptide Lys57-Glu65-[alpha-gliadin (58-73)] (KLQPFPQPELPYPQPQ) coupled to immunogenic carrier protein.
Reacts with both the deamidated peptide (KLQPFPQPELPYPQPQ) and the non-deamidated peptide (KLQPFPQPQLPYPQPQ) when coated directly in an immunoplate. The epitope is located in the Lys57-Glu65-[alpha-gliadin (58-73)] (KLQPFPQPELPYPQPQ) peptide.
Suitable for use in ELISA. ELISA: 1:10000.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% sodium azide.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
