GLI-1 in HeLa Human Cell Line. GLI-1 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using 10 ug/ml Human/Mouse GLI-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
Detection of Human/Mouse GLI-1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 ug/ml of Human/Mouse GLI-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for GLI-1 at approximately 110 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
