A 16 AA peptide sequence within the C-Terminus cytoplasmic domain of mouse Cx37 (2) was coupled to KLH (carrier protein) via the N-Terminus Cysteine.

Specificity
Mouse immunogenic peptide sequence is specific for Cx37. No significant homology is seen with other Connexin. Species sequence Homology: 93% and 87% sequence homology with the rat and human Cx37, respectively. The mouse peptide sequence also shows substantial homology (68%) with Xenopus Cx41 protein.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:100K using 50-100 ng control peptide/well.
