Specificity
Reacts with both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated forms of Connexin 43. Does not detect the Connexin 43 dimer. Detects non-phosphorylated forms migrating at ~41kD and phosphorylated forms migrating between 43kD and 45kD. Species cross-reactivity: Rat and mouse.
