Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About GGH / Gamma-Glutamyl Hydrolase

Q92820 NM_003878 NP_003869.1

GGH Antibody, Gamma-Glu-X carboxypeptidase Antibody, Gamma-glutamyl hydrolase Antibody, GH Antibody, HGH Antibody, Conjugase Antibody

Hydrolyzes the polyglutamate sidechains of pteroylpolyglutamates. Progressively removes gamma-glutamyl residues from pteroylpoly-gamma-glutamate to yield pteroyl-alpha-glutamate (folic acid) and free glutamate. May play an important role in the bioavailability of dietary pteroylpolyglutamates and in the metabolism of pteroylpolyglutamates and antifolates.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
GGH Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human liver tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of GGH Antibody with NCI-H460 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
GGH Antibody western blot of NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The GGH antibody detected the GGH protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
GGH Antibody flow cytometry of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
