GST- Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) fusion protein corresponding to the full length amino acid sequence (246aa) derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria
Specificity
Recognizes wild type, recombinant and enhanced forms of GFP. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-mouse serum and purified and partially purified Green Fluorescent Protein (Aequorea victoria).

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA (sandwich or capture), Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

10 mg/ml BSA, (IgG, Protease free), 0.05 M Tris-Chloride, pH 8.0, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 0.001 M MnCl2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol
