GFAP antibody LS-C7082 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to GFAP from human. It is reactive with human, rat, chicken and other species. Validated for IF, IHC and WB.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Note: No special pretreatment required prior to staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections. Positive control: IMR-5 cells, Brain or astrocytoma.
