Porcine pancreatic glucagon, conjugated to HSA.
Specificity
Tested on pig tissues. Positive control: Formalin-fixed paraffin sections of pig pancreas. Frozen sections of rat pancreas. Absorption with 10-100 ug glucagon and glicentin per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining, while secretin, GIP and VIP do not.
