Gc-globulin isolated from human plasma.
Recognizes human Gc-globulin. Epitope specificity differs from those of clones 6F109, 6F110, and 6F111. Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with Gc-globulin coated directly onto the microtiter well and when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against Gc-globulin. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE reacts with Gc-globulin in both reduced as well as unreduced forms.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3318 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3318 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.
PBS, pH 7.4, 15 mM sodium azide.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
