Recognizes human Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptide (GIP). Cross-reactivity: PACAP 10% and human GLP-2 but <0.1% with glucagon, GLP-1 or VIP. Binds free GIP in solution.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:5000 using glutaraldehyde-linked GIP-OA (molar ratio 4:1) coated at 1 ug/ml. ELISA: 1:1000 using GIP coated directly at 2 ug/ml.
