Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1-2 ug/ml per 1E6 cells cells. Lysis of GD3 positive (melanoma) cells in presence of complement. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue sections. Immunofluorescence: Cells in culture.
