Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry: Detects GABAA receptor b2 and b3 subunits in paraffin embedded and frozen rat brain sections fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde or 1% glutaraldehyde and permeabilized with Triton X-100.
