Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

GABBR2 / GABA B Receptor 2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide made to the 105 kD GABAbR2 protein
Reacts to the N-terminal region of the GABA BR2 protein.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B284 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B284 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

Packaging

About GABBR2 / GABA B Receptor 2

GABBR2 Antibody, G protein-coupled receptor 51 Antibody, GABA(B2) Antibody, GABA-B receptor 2 Antibody, Gaba-b receptor r2 Antibody, GABA-BR2 Antibody, Gabab-receptor subunit 2 Antibody, GABA(B)R2 Antibody, GABA-B receptor, R2 subunit Antibody, GABA-B-R2 Antibody, GABAB receptor-2 Antibody, GPRC3B Antibody, Gb2 Antibody, HRIHFB2099 Antibody, G-protein coupled receptor 51 Antibody, GPR51 Antibody, HG20 Antibody, GABA B Receptor 2 Antibody, GABA-B2 Antibody, GABAB2 Antibody, GABABR2 Antibody, Gbr2 Antibody

Component of a heterodimeric G-protein coupled receptor for GABA, formed by GABBR1 and GABBR2. Within the heterodimeric GABA receptor, only GABBR1 seems to bind agonists, while GABBR2 mediates coupling to G proteins. Ligand binding causes a conformation change that triggers signaling via guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) and modulates the activity of down-stream effectors, such as adenylate cyclase.

Immunohistochemistry
