Recognizes rat GBR1b. Peptide sequence is 100% conserved in various alternatively spliced rat GBR1b (844aa), GBR1c (875aa) and GBR1d (812aa). No significant sequence homology is detected with GBR1a or GBR2 or other GABA receptors. Species sequence Homology: Mouse: 100%; Human: 94%.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL). ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
