Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Western blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml The detection limit for rmFrizzled-4 is approximately 2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 15 ug/ml in fixed cells or tissues.
