Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Detection limit is ~0.6 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15 ug/ml. Detects Frizzled-1 in cells and tissues.
