Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:2000 (using 1 ug Fluorescein conjugated IgG in a standard capture ELISA). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
