Specificity
Recognizes mouse Flt-4 (mouse 1363-aa and human 1298-aa) a receptor protein tyrosine kinase. The peptide sequence used is relatively conserved in rat (85%) and human (73%) Flt-4/VEGFR3. No significant sequence homology is seen with VEGFR1, VEGFR2 or other tyrosine kinases.

- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. The antibodies detected ~140kD band in rat liver extracts. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000.
