  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

FLRT3 antibody was raised against nS0-derived rhFLRT3.
Selected for its ability to recognize human FLRT3 in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. In these formats, this antibody shows no cross-reactivity with rhFLRT1 or rhFLRT2.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml with appropriate secondary reagents to detect human FLRT3. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhFLRT3 is approximately 10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human FLRT3. The detection limit for rhFLRT3 is ~3 ng/well. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human FLRT3 (rhFLRT3; aa 29-528: Accession # AAH20870).

About FLRT3

Q9NZU0 NM_013281 NP_037413.1

FLRT3 Antibody, KIAA1469 Antibody

FLRT3 is a member of the fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family. FLRTs may function in cell adhesion and/or receptor signalling. Their protein structures resemble small leucine-rich proteoglycans found in the extracellular matrix. This gene is expressed in many tissues. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene.
