Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, RIA, ELISA and as a Blocking Antibody. Western Blot (Colorimetric): 2 ug/ml. Detects ~59kD band. Additional unidentified 50kD band observed in some cell lysates. Immunoprecipitation: 10 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 1:3000. Positive control: HeLa Heat Shocked Cell Lysate.
