Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
FIV p24 antibody was raised against feline Immunodeficiency Virus p24 gag.
Recognizes an immunodominant p24 epitope of feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) p24 gag. The specific binding epitope appears to be enclosed in a tight peptide coil during gag production and maturation. The addition of 0.3% Triton-X detergent is recommended to reveal this epitope for antibody binding. Does not recognize Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), Feline Herpes Virus (FHV) type 1, Feline Coronavirus or Feline Calicivirus.
Suitable for use in ELISA. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.05% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
