Specificity
Recognizes mouse fluorescein isothiocyanate. Avidity against FITC conjugated BSA is 2 x 10^10M-1. This antibody binds to both Free FITC and FITC conjugated to proteins and may be valuable for amplification of FITC based immunostaining.
