Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: This antibody has been used by an independent laboratory for qualitative and quantitative assessment of gene expression systems employing luciferase reporter constructs in Drosophila embryos.
