Filamin antibody was raised against platelet filamin. MW of Antigen: 250kD. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic.
Recognizes human Filamin. May provide a good pair for ELISA and may prove useful in the study of muscle development. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rabbit, guinea pig, chicken and rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: NIH3T3 cells. Skin.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% Sodium Azide, 40% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
