Human foreskin fibroblasts.
Specificity
Recognizes a 112kD molecule expressed on the cell surface of human fibroblasts and epithelial cells. In peripheral blood the antibody stains myeloid cells and a very small number of lymphocytes. Studies upon the antigen have shown it to be sensitive to SDS, but resistant to trypsin, tunicamycin and collagenase.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:100.

Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
