Specificity
Recognizes human D-dimer (DD), a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, and high molecular weight fibrin degradation products. No cross-reaction with D-monomer.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Sandwich ELISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1 M sodium chloride, 0.1% Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final sodium chloride concentration in plasma samples should be 0.5 M.
