Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

Porcine heart Fumarase
Porcine Fumarase. The reagents were evaluated for potency, purity and specificity using most or all of the following techniques: immunoelectrophoresis, cross-immunoelectrophoresis, single radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), block titration, ELISA, immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition. Cross-reactivity Cross-reactivities against enzymes of other sources may occur but have not been determined.
This product is intended for use in precipitating and non-precipitating antibody-binding assays (such as e. g., ELISA and Western blotting and immunofluorescence or histochemical techniques). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

About FH / Fumarase / MCL

P07954 NM_000143 NP_000134.2

FH Antibody, Fumarase Antibody, Fumarate hydratase Antibody, MCUL1 Antibody, HLRCC Antibody, LRCC Antibody, MCL Antibody

FH / Fumarase / MCL is an enzymatic component of the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, or Krebs cycle, and catalyzes the formation of L-malate from fumarate. It exists in both a cytosolic form and an N-terminal extended form, differing only in the translation start site used. The N-terminal extended form is targeted to the mitochondrion, where the removal of the extension generates the same form as in the cytoplasm.
