Western blotting: at 1 ug/ml recognizes 10 ng recombinant bacterial, baculoviral, or native FGFr1. Immunoprecipitation: native, recombinant, and ligand-labeled FGFr1. Immunohistochemistry: paraformaldehyde fixed cells and FFPE human tissues.
