Suitable for use in Neutralization. Neutralization of bFGF Activity Assay: 2.5 ug/ml. Neutralizes >40% growth of bovine capillary endothelial cells simulated with 5 ng/ml of FGF-2/bFGF. Positive control: Fetal liver or kidney tissue.
