Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Ion exchange chromatography
IHC (1:200 - 1:1000)
Western blot (1:500 - 1:2000)
IHC - Paraffin
Specificity and Use
Ferritin antibody was raised against human spleen ferritin.
Recognizes human ferritin. May recognize ferritin from other tissues and species. Immunoelectrophoretic assay resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti rabbit serum as well as purified and partially purified ferritin (human spleen).
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, conjugation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:5000 to 1:20000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
