  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

FCGR2 / CD32 antibody was raised against human K562 tumor cells and L cells transfected with human Fc gamma RII.
This antibody reacts with a domain 2 epitope or all CD32 isoforms. Intact and Fab?2 7.3 antibody blocks immune complex binding.

50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 100 mM potassium chloride, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.5 mg/ml Gentamycin sulfate
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze.
For research use only.

About FCGR2 / CD32

CD32 is a surface receptor protein and part of a large population of B cell co-receptors, which act to modulate signaling. It has a low-affinity for IgG antibodies and down-regulates antibody production in the presence of IgG. This feedback loop acts to lower the production of IgG by B cells when there is a surplus in the body. Monoclonal antibodies can distinguish between CD32A and CD32B.
