Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

FCGR1A / CD64 antibody was raised against rheumatoid synovial fluid cells and fibronectin purified human monocytes.
Monoclonal antibody 10.1 recognizes alpha subunit of CD64/FcgammaRI, a 72 kD single chain type I glycoprotein, that is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and activated granulocytes.
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 10 ul reagent / 100 ul of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

PBS, 0.2% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Store in the dark at 2-8 C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
