Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
FBXO42 / JFK antibody was raised against human recombinant protein fragment corresponding to amino acids 356-717 of human FBXO42 (NP_061867) produced in E. coli.
FBXO42 Antibody, F-box only protein 42 Antibody, F-box protein 42 Antibody, Fbx42 Antibody, KIAA1332 Antibody, JFK Antibody
Members of the F-box protein family, such as FBXO42, are characterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. SCF complexes, formed by SKP1 (SKP1A; MIM 601434), cullin (see CUL1; MIM 603134), and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases. F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F box, and they interact with ubiquitination targets through other protein interaction domains (Jin et al., 2004 [PubMed 15520277]).

Immunohistochemistry
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human prostate tissue using anti-FBXO42 mouse monoclonal antibody.
Immunohistochemistry
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human pancreas tissue using anti-FBXO42 mouse monoclonal antibody.
Immunohistochemistry
IHC of paraffin-embedded Human Kidney tissue using anti-FBXO42 mouse monoclonal antibody.
Western blot
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FBXO42 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FBXO42.
Flow Cytometry
HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-FBXO42 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
