Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About FAP Alpha

Q12884 NM_004460 NP_004451.2

FAP Antibody, DPPIV Antibody, FAP alpha Antibody, Fibroblast activation protein Antibody, FAPA Antibody, Seprase Antibody

Cell surface glycoprotein serine protease that participates in extracellular matrix degradation and involved in many cellular processes including tissue remodeling, fibrosis, wound healing, inflammation and tumor growth.

Western blot

Western blot
Detection of Human Fibroblast Activation Protein alpha/FAP by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of WI-38 human lung fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 ug/ml of Sheep Anti-Human Fibroblast Activation Protein alpha/FAP Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Fibroblast Activation Protein alpha/FAP at approximately 97 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
