Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

PTK2 Antibody, FADK Antibody, Fadk1 Antibody, Focal adhesion kinase Antibody, FRNK Antibody, FADK 1 Antibody, Focal adhesion kinase 1 Antibody, FAK1 Antibody, p125FAK Antibody, PPP1R71 Antibody, Protein-tyrosine kinase 2 Antibody, PTK2 protein tyrosine kinase 2 Antibody, FAK Antibody, pp125 FA kinase Antibody, Pp125FAK Antibody

Non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinase that plays an essential role in regulating cell migration, adhesion, spreading, reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, formation and disassembly of focal adhesions and cell protrusions, cell cycle progression, cell proliferation and apoptosis. Required for early embryonic development and placenta development. Required for embryonic angiogenesis, normal cardiomyocyte migration and proliferation, and normal heart development.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with PTK2 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of PTK2 Antibody with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor 555 phalloidin (red). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of PTK2 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal PTK2 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the PTK2 gene (Lane 2).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
PTK2 Antibody flow cytometry of k562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
