Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. When performing Western Blot of plasma preparations, background, non-specific bands, caused by the serum proteins are common. More complex blocking solutions or higher salt concentrations can help remove non-specific bands. Consult reference 2 (Rotblat, et al., Biochemistry 24:4294-4300 (1985)) for additional tips with regard to detecting Factor VIII via Western Blot.
