Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone NH3] (IgM) to Human F Actin
Human, Mouse, Rat, Rabbit
IHC - Frozen, Western blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Human F Actin
Human, Mouse, Rat, Rabbit (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgM Monoclonal [NH3]
IHC - Frozen
Western blot (1:100 - 1:500)
Specificity and Use
F Actin antibody was raised against human monocytes and U937 cell line.
Recognizes human Filamentous actin (F-actin). The antibody binds to the N-terminal region of actin, but not to the extreme N-terminal 40 amino acids. In tissue sections the antibody stains the cytoplasm of macrophages strongly, and gives granular, localized nuclear staining of all cell types.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% sodium azide.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
