Does not block the binding of heregulin to c-erbB-31, has no effect on tyrosine kinase activity1, receptor internalization1, or tumorigenic growth of cells overexpressing the cerbB- 32. It is particularly well suited for immunoprecipitation of unoccupied as well as the occupied receptor1. Species cross-reactivity: human.

Not suitable for Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A. Well suited for Immunoprecipitation of unoccupied as well as occupied receptor. Positive control: T47D cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
