Usage
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2 ug/mg protein lysate (Use Protein A). Western Blot: 1 ug/ml for 2 hrs at RT. Positive control: T47D cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
