Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Estrogen receptor (ER) is an important regulator of growth and differentiation in the mammary gland. ER presence in breast tumors indicates an increased likelihood of response to anti-estrogen therapy. Variations in protocols, secondaries and substrates may require the ER antibody to be titered for optimal performance. FFPE testing requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min and cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
