Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About EPHA1 / EPH Receptor A1

P21709 NM_005232 NP_005223.4

EPHA1 Antibody, EPH receptor A1 Antibody, Ephrin type-A receptor 1 Antibody, EPHT Antibody, ESK Antibody, EPH tyrosine kinase 1 Antibody, HEpha1 Antibody, Oncogene EPH Antibody, Soluble EPHA1 variant 1 Antibody, Soluble EPHA1 variant 2 Antibody, EPH tyrosine kinase Antibody, EPHT1 Antibody

Receptor tyrosine kinase which binds promiscuously membrane-bound ephrin-A family ligands residing on adjacent cells, leading to contact-dependent bidirectional signaling into neighboring cells. The signaling pathway downstream of the receptor is referred to as forward signaling while the signaling pathway downstream of the ephrin ligand is referred to as reverse signaling.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of anti-EphA1 N-term antibody in HeLa cell lysate. EphA1 (arrow) was detected using purified antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric of HepG2 cells using EphA1 Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
