Specificity and Use
EP300 / p300 antibody was raised against fusion protein containing residues 1572-2371 of human p300.
Specific for p300 protein. This antibody recognizes residues 2107-2283. Species cross-reactivity: This antibody reacts with human, mouse, rat, monkey, and mink protein. Other species have not been tested.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
